Corn oil is made by corn germ after deacidification, degumming, deodorization, decoloration and dewaxing. Due to its high content of linoleic acid, it is beneficial for high blood pressure, obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and heart disease patients.
Chinese corn oil takes native raw materials without GM components. To some extent, it is safer than soybean oil. Corn oil is golden and transparent with a sweet smell, suitable for fast cooking and frying. Dishes cooked by corn oil retain original color, taste and nutrients. During cooking process, it causes less smoke and grease. Vitamin E in corn oil is antioxidant.
Corn oil is rich in vitamin A, D and E, easy to be absorbed by children. Unsaturated fatty acid decreases cholesterol in body, preventing atheromatous sclerosis and coronary atherosclerosis. Vitamin D boosts absorption of calcium, beneficial for growth of children's bones.
