Technology of Cassava Flour Production Line

The finished product of cassava flour production line is cassava flour. It includes washing, cutting, blanching, cooling, milling and packaging. The flour milling and packaging processes share with that of wheat and corn.
1.washing, cutting, blanching and cooling
The cassava should be washed before processing as it will be stuck to sand and mud during harvest. The cassava flour production line is low power consumpted and highly efficient.
The cassava is conveyed to washer by belt conveyor to be cleaned out mud; then they are cut into 5mm particle by cutter and peeled by blanching machine and then conveyed to cooler. Every machine in the process is arranged closely, laying solid foundation for installation and commissioning.
2.drying and storage
The cassava particles are conveyed to dryer by low conveying belt. The dryer is in net structure and five layer, guaranteeing good effect by prolonging drying time. The dried materials go to steel plate bin to be cooled and stocked. The activator installed on the bottom of the bin makes the cassava uniformly and continuously conveyed by spiral conveyor, guaranteeing stability of flow in the next process.
3. flour milling and packaging
Materials out of storage bin are elevated to buffering bin which is installed with a magnetic separator to protect hammer of the micro flour machine, prolonging durability of the machine. The grinded materials go to sifter and and conveyed to packer.
