New Type Corn Grits Processing Line

Traditional corn grits processing line used 3 flour mills to make grits by changing its drawing angles and reducing threads. Some used cone 240 and 278 flour mills. However, white spots(starch),  and flat grits with edges and corners were still included in the output; problems of low grit rate, high flour rate and big power consumption cannot be solved.

The new type corn grits processing line adopts YMF40~50~60 super mill designed by our company, patent NO. ZL 2010 2 0691722.3. Only 1 set needs to be equipped for 1 line with features of low power consumption, high grit rate without starch, and the grits are round and lustrous.
