New Reserved Maize Flour Milling Process

 The new reserved maize does not have latter stage of ripening that each part dose not closely connect. The flour is fine while the thick bran is difficult to separate from the endosperm. When process the maize, we should increase scraping capacity of the grinding system and bran finisher. The operator should always observe the change of the maize, adjusting grinding system to balance flow and quality during maize flour milling process. As materials into purifier contains more flour, the system should have abundant air flow, timely clean the sieve cover and change the sieve to make sure complete separation of broken bran and the endosperm. When we process the new maize, if it is in the season of high temperature and moisture, the maize always contains higher water, which increases difficulty to the sifting system. We should properly enlarge the sifting area. If the flat sieve cannot be regulated, we can enlarge the the sieve holes or lower grinding capacity to guarantee flour extract.
