Difference Between Corn Oil and Vegetable Oil

Nowadays, more and more people have an question of difference between corn oil and vegetable oil. This article takes peanut oil as an example.

Corn oil is made from corn germ, mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acid. linoleic acid is a essential fatty acid for human body. Peanut oil
Peanut oil contains unsaturated fatty acids by more than 80%. it contains essential linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and arachidonic acid which plays an important role in adjusting function of human body and promoting baby's growth and development. The content of trace element zn is the highest of cooking oil, which is 16 times more than that of rapeseed oil, 7 times more than soybean oil. It can promote baby's brain development. Ephalin, lecithin and choline can effectively improve memory, quite beneficial to the baby's mental development.
