Problems Need Solving in Corn Syrup Processing Line

Corn flour contains 0.8-0.95% fat more than starch, but 83% is in germ; 
Corn flour contains 8.1-11.5% protein more than corn starch. 40-50% is prolamin insoluble in water, germ protein 18.4%, husk 4.2%, 0.9% higher in total;  
Corn flour contains 0.8% more ash than starch; 80% of the minerals are in the germ, which are mainly Ca++, Mg++, P+++;
Corn flour is of dark color; the endosperm mainly containsβ-carotene,lutein,zeaxanthine atμmg level which can be totally absorbed by active charcoal;
Though corn flour produces 105% syrup while starch produces 85%, byproduct zein of the former is 20% with 50% protein which can be sold at the price of 80RMB.
