Single screw extruder, double screw extruder, double roller plastic refining machine, enamel reaction pot(interlayer 1000), straight cylinder condenser( double cylinder, height 11×0，casting machine(width 1.21).
2.Producing Steps
① Mix corn starch in proportion with water, cellulose, plasticizer( polyhydric alcohol) and antioxidant; extrude them by single and double screw extruder within 170℃ at 50-801r/s; cool, grind to produce granula and then blow molding, injection, flaking.
② Inject the above mixture with 8 times water and put them to reaction pot and dry them to film.
