Hydroxypropyl Starch Manufactured with Deep Corn Processing Machinery

Hydroxypropyl starch can be processed by wet, dry milling and organic solvent among which Solent agent performs better.
  a.Catalyst in proportion of 0.51 to dry starch. Usual catalyst sodium chloride can be made to 55 solution. 
  B. Puffing Inhibitor301 is easy to react with epoxypropane to generate propyl alcohol.As USA Food regulates, when chloropropanol leaves under 5018/8, it can be prevented to discharge epoxypropane by inputting compressed air. Dose of Puffing inhibitor depends on, usually the same as weight of dry starch.
  c.Dose of epoxypropane depends on reaction process, the same as weight of dry starch.
       d.Temperature is usually at 40℃. It reacts slowly when under 40℃; starch particles may puff or gelatinize when over 50℃. The dry milling is usually at 75℃。
  e.In pretreatment it can enhance etherification efficiency added in epoxypropane and increasing temperature.
