　　In the Aug. of 1991, he gained the offer of Shanghai Grain Machinery Design Institute as an assistant engineer;

　　In the Jan. of 1994, he worked in Heilongjiang agricultural machinery design institute as general engineer;

　　In 1995, Win Tone Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established.
