　　Materials enter the bin through the inlet and are elevated to discharger by the hopper in the conveyor;then jump and fall into outlet by centrifugal force and gravity.

　　Functional description of bucket elevator:

　　The bucket elevator is ideal for use as a distributing elevator.

　　Floury products as well as bulk materials such as grain and flours can be handled in vertical or upward inclined more than 70 degree direction.

　　The bucket elevator features compact structure, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency, and convenient operation and maintenance.

　　The head and the end use 4-6mm sheets and the middle part use 2-2.5mm. The inlet and outlet are installed with wearproof demountable supra polymer plates; the head and the end have sight hole for maintenance; the outlet is installed with regulation plate to prevent flow returning and increase efficiency. The main wheel is glued to reduce sliping and it is equipped with sensitive backstop device. U shape cover is connected with flat plate and sealed together. The flanges are sealed by 2mm rubber.

　　1.We are in charge of after service warranty within half a year in condition that the client conform to instruction rules.

　　2.We will charge accordingly due to wrong operation and maintenance.

　　3.We will accept change or return of the product only after technical confirmation if the machine still can not work after maintenance.

　　4.Warranty is not provided without inspection certificate, instruction book, invoice and machine model number.

　　5.Damage occurred jointly during maintenance should be in the charge of clients.
